Oversees organizational growth, program development, and community impact initiatives while ensuring alignment with the mission to create access, leadership opportunities, and sustainable outcomes for underserved populations.
Assistant Executive Director – Jarett Glover
Supports day-to-day operations and organizational strategy, with a focus on partnerships, program execution, and growth initiatives. Works closely with leadership to expand TSR’s reach, strengthen collaborations, and ensure operational efficiency across all initiatives.
Director of Finances – Kenneth Jones Sr.
Oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal accountability. Ensures responsible stewardship of funds, sustainability of programs, and compliance with nonprofit financial standards.

Youth Development Director – Victor Mills
Leads youth-focused programming centered on mentorship, character development, and personal growth. Designs and implements initiatives that create safe, structured environments where youth can build confidence, discipline, and life skills.
Community & Inclusion Advisor – Corey White
Guides TSR’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and community engagement. Works to strengthen relationships across diverse populations while ensuring programming remains accessible, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.
Athletic Director – Keeshawn Jones
Oversees all athletic-related programming and athletic initiatives connected to TSR and its partner efforts. Focuses on player development, program structure, and creating opportunities for youth to grow through sports as a platform for leadership and discipline.
Assistant Athletic Director – Danielle Branch
Supports the execution of athletic programming, including coordination of events, scheduling, and participant engagement. Ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to program development and team support.
Senior Associate of Athletic Operations – Lamar Ware
Focuses on player development, scouting, and game operations. Assists in identifying talent, supporting athlete growth, and ensuring effective execution of athletic-related initiatives.
Director of Education Initiatives – Peyton Powell
Leads the development and implementation of educational programming designed to expand access, strengthen academic outcomes, and create pathways for long-term success. Focuses on building initiatives that connect education with opportunity and community impact.
Youth Initiatives Director – Marcus Rhett
Oversees community-based youth initiatives that promote engagement, leadership, and development. Designs programs that inspire participation, strengthen communities, and create meaningful opportunities for youth involvement.
